Sreeleathers shareholders approve all resolutions at 34th AGM

Sreeleathers Limited announced that all three resolutions proposed at its 34th annual general meeting (AGM) on September 22, 2025, were passed with requisite majority. The total votes polled across all resolutions ranged from 11.48% to 73.20% of outstanding shares. Resolution 1, concerning the adoption of audited financial statements, director's report, and auditor's report, saw 99.9975% of votes cast in favor, with 16,949,164 votes in favor and 426 against.

Resolution 2, the re-appointment of Shipra Dey as director, also received overwhelming support, with 99.4309% of votes polled in favor. Out of 2,657,836 votes polled for this resolution, 2,642,710 were in favor, and 15,126 were against.

Finally, Resolution 3, the appointment of S.A. & Associates as secretarial auditor, achieved 99.9975% of votes in favor, with 16,949,164 votes for and 426 against. The scrutinizer, Pawan Kumar Agarwal of Pawan Vani & Associates, confirmed that the voting process was conducted fairly and transparently.
