Shriram Asset Management Company Limited announced the resignation of Reena Yadav from her roles as company secretary and compliance officer, effective at the close of business hours on September 24, 2025.

The resignation, tendered to pursue external growth opportunities, was acknowledged by the board during its meeting on July 30, 2025. The intimation was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and included additional disclosures mandated by a SEBI circular dated November 11, 2024.
