Shilpa Medicare Limited announced today that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics Limited (CRISIL ESG Ratings) has assigned the company an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) score of "Crisil ESG 51." This rating is based on a summary report received by Shilpa Medicare on September 23, 2025, and leverages publicly available data pertaining to the fiscal year 2024-25.

The company clarified that it did not engage CRISIL ESG Ratings for the preparation of this rating. Instead, the assessment was independently conducted by CRISIL ESG Ratings using information available in the public domain.
