SEPC secures Rs 75.19 crore materials order for residential projects

SEPC Limited has been awarded a purchase order valued at Rs. 75,19,78,000 from Gefos Solutions Private Limited. This order is for the supply of construction materials across four infrastructure projects, specifically residential buildings.

The domestic contract is expected to be executed within 8 to 9 months. The company clarified that neither its promoters nor any promoter group companies have an interest in Gefos Solutions Private Limited, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.

This new order was formally communicated to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 24, 2025.
