Saraswati commercial bids for Atlanta electricals IPO shares

Saraswati Commercial (India) Limited has applied for 1,989,395 equity shares of Atlanta Electricals Limited at a price of Rs. 754 per share under its QIB segment. This investment totals Rs. 1,50,00,03,830 and represents 2.59% of Atlanta Electricals' post-issue capital. The acquisition is a strategic financial investment for Saraswati Commercial, an NBFC engaged in investment in shares and securities.

The allotment of shares will be determined on a pro-rata basis on September 25, 2025. Due to anticipated oversubscription, the value of shares allotted to Saraswati Commercial is expected to fall below the threshold requiring further disclosure under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Atlanta Electricals Limited, incorporated on December 15, 1988, specializes in manufacturing power and special duty transformers. The company reported a turnover of Rs. 1,250.49 Crores for 2024-2025. This acquisition will exceed 2% of Saraswati Commercial's net worth.
