Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers appoints new statutory auditors

The board of directors of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, in a meeting held today, September 24, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s. Raju & Prasad and M/s. K. Gopal Rao & Co, chartered accountants, as statutory auditors. These appointments are for the financial year 2025-26, in accordance with Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013, and upon recommendation by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG).

M/s. Raju & Prasad, established in 1979, has 46 years of service and is registered with ICAI (FRN 003475S). The firm is empanelled with C&AG (HY0194) as a major PSU auditor and MEF (RBI) (MEF03223) as a Category – I auditor. M/s. K. Gopal Rao & Co, with registration number 000956S, was established on February 10, 1978, and has 44 years of standing. The firm is also registered with C&AG (MD0244) and RBI (190437).
