Race Eco Chain concludes 25th AGM, approves financials and key appointments

Race Eco Chain Limited held its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, via video conferencing. The meeting approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, along with accompanying reports from the board of directors and auditors. Mr. Sunil Kumar Malik was re-appointed as a director, retiring by rotation.

Further significant decisions included the appointment of M/s. HKS & Associates LLP as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term, from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030. The company also approved limits for material related party transactions with M/s. Ganesha Recycling Chain Pvt Ltd and M/s. Silverline Eco Thrive Limited for the financial year 2025-26, and increased the limit to advance loans, give guarantees, or provide security under Section 185 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The AGM proceedings, including remote e-voting, concluded at 01:56 PM. The company informed that the consolidated results of remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, along with the scrutinizER's report, will be declared within the prescribed time limit and communicated to stock exchanges and published on the company and NSDL websites.
