Premier Polyfilm Limited announced the re-appointment of Ram Babu Verma as an executive director for 12 months, effective from December 27, 2025, to December 26, 2026. This follows his previous re-appointment on September 16, 2024, and maintains his extensive 36 years of executive experience. The company also appointed Mayank Goenka as a whole-time director, designated as 'executive director,' for a three-consecutive-year term from July 23, 2025, to July 22, 2028. Mayank Goenka, son of managing director and CEO Amitaabh Goenka, brings a professional engineering background and over five years of project management experience to the role.

In a move to bolster governance, M/s Sumit Bajaj & Associates, a firm of practicing company secretaries, has been appointed as the secretarial auditor for five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2025-26 until FY 2029-30. This appointment was approved by the board on July 23, 2025, and subsequently by the members on September 24, 2025. The firm specializes in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and FEMA regulations, providing comprehensive professional services including secretarial and compliance audits.

These decisions were made at a members' meeting on September 24, 2025, and are subject to the necessary approvals, including at the thirty-third annual general meeting for Ram Babu Verma.
