Olectra Greentech strengthens board with key appointments, committee reconfigurations

Olectra Greentech Limited announced on September 24, 2025, that its board of directors approved the re-appointment of Chintalapudi Laksmi Kumari as an independent director for a five-year term, effective January 9, 2026. Concurrently, Mahesh Babu Subramanian was appointed as an additional director and, subject to shareholder approval, as the managing director for a three-year period, effective September 27, 2025, after the annual general meeting.

The company also reconstituted its board committees, effective September 28, 2025.
