N.R. Agarwal Industries expands business scope, plans inter-state office move

N.R. Agarwal Industries Ltd. announced that at its 32nd annual general meeting on September 24, 2025, shareholders approved alterations to the company's Memorandum of Association. A new clause, '35A', has been inserted to include the business of printers, publishers, manufacturers, and dealers of newspapers, periodicals, magazines, books, greeting cards, playing cards, and stationery. Additionally, the entire Part C, titled "OTHER OBJECTS," has been deleted.

Shareholders also approved the shifting of the company's registered office from Maharashtra to Gujarat. This change, along with the consequent alteration to the Memorandum of Association, is subject to the approval of the regional director.
