Mastek announces senior management reshuffle, new HR chief appointed

Mastek Limited announced on September 24, 2025, the resignation of Arvind Jonnalagadda, global chief human resource officer and senior management personnel. Jonnalagadda will pursue other career opportunities and will be relieved from his duties on October 16, 2025.

Concurrently, Mastek has appointed Vimal Dangri as the new chief human resources officer, effective September 24, 2025. Dangri, currently serving as the general counsel and chief risk officer and a senior management personnel, will assume the additional responsibility of chief human resources officer.

Dangri brings over 24 years of experience and holds a law degree from Karnataka State Law University, along with a masters in business laws from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. His current role includes leading Mastek's legal, risk, compliance, ethics, corporate governance, and sustainability initiatives.
