Manaksia appoints MKB & Associates as secretarial auditors

Manaksia Limited today announced the appointment of M/s. MKB & Associates as the company's secretarial auditors. Shareholders approved this decision at the 41st Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

MKB & Associates, a Peer Reviewed Firm of Practicing Company Secretaries, will serve for five consecutive financial years, from 2025-26 to 2029-30. Their tenure will commence from the conclusion of the 41st AGM until the conclusion of the 46th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 2030.

MKB & Associates is described as a reputed and leading firm of company secretaries based out of Kolkata, offering comprehensive professional services including compliance, management consultancy, and legal advisory. The firm currently comprises five partners and several associates, led by managing partner Mr. Manoj Kumar Banthia, who has 27 years of experience in corporate and allied laws. This appointment aligns with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
