LS Industries appoints new auditors, expands board with independent directors

LS Industries Limited's board of directors, in a meeting on September 10, 2025, approved several key appointments. M/S Bhakoo & Co., Chartered Accountants, were appointed as the new statutory auditors for the financial year 2025-26, filling a casual vacancy following the resignation of Sangeet Kumar & Associates.

The company also expanded its board, appointing Peeyush Sethi as an additional independent director and Richa Arora as an additional independent woman director. Both are appointed for a five-year term starting September 4, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Sethi brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, while Arora has seven years of experience in microfinancing and taxation compliance.

Additionally, CS Kanwar Nitin Singh was appointed as the company secretary and compliance officer with immediate effect from September 10, 2025. The board meeting concluded after addressing these and other general business matters.
