Le Travenues Technology reappoints auditors, CEO; names new secretarial auditor

Le Travenues Technology Limited, operating under the brand ixigo, announced the re-appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as its statutory auditors for a subsequent four-year term, effective from the conclusion of the nineteenth annual general meeting until the twenty-third annual general meeting. This re-appointment follows previous terms, completing a maximum permissible tenure of ten years in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013.

Additionally, Aloke Bajpai was re-appointed as chairman, managing director, and group CEO for a new five-year term, commencing from May 24, 2026, to May 23, 2031. He is a co-founder and has been instrumental in the company’s growth since April 2010.

The company also announced the appointment of DPV & Associates LLP, company secretaries, as secretarial auditor for a five-year term, spanning from financial year 2025-26 to financial year 2029-30. DPV & Associates LLP, founded by CS Devesh Vasisht, specializes in secretarial audits, corporate governance, and IPO advisory.
