Kaynes Technology announces leadership changes, appoints new managing director

Kaynes Technology India Limited's board of directors, meeting on September 24, 2025, approved a significant leadership transition. Ramesh Kunhikannan, previously the managing director, has been re-designated as executive vice chairman, effective September 24, 2025, for a residual term until March 31, 2029. Kunhikannan, a promoter with a bachelor's in electrical engineering and over 36 years in the electronic manufacturing services industry, will oversee management and strategy implementation.

Concurrently, Dr. Muthukumar Narayanaswamy has been appointed as an additional director and managing director for a five-year term, from September 24, 2025, to September 23, 2030. Dr. Narayanaswamy brings 37 years of diverse experience in manufacturing, operations, and business strategy, holding degrees including an MSc, MBA, and PhD. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval and adhere to SEBI regulations.
