Jupiter Wagons appoints Vinod Agarwal as new CFO

Jupiter Wagons Limited has announced the appointment of Vinod Kumar Agarwal as its new chief financial officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel (KMP), effective September 24, 2025. The decision was made by the company's board of directors following recommendations from the nomination and remuneration committee and the audit committee. Agarwal will serve as a full-time employee from his joining date.

Agarwal brings 17 years of extensive experience in finance leadership, with a strong background in driving business growth and strengthening organizations in competitive environments. His core competencies include financial planning & analysis, fundraising, investments, accounts & audit, business process re-engineering, SOPs & internal controls, budgeting & cost control, treasury & working capital, ERP implementation (SAP), taxation, corporate governance, investor relations, compliance, and IT integration.

The appointment signifies a strategic move to leverage Agarwal's expertise in financial planning, budgeting, costing, and data analysis to align with organizational strategy and operational goals. He will also be authorized to determine the materiality of events and information for disclosure purposes under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, replacing Sanjiv Keshri.
