Insolation Energy establishes new solar power plant subsidiary

Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insolation Energy Limited, has incorporated GNPR Green Infra Private Limited as a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary. The incorporation took place on September 24, 2025, with the new entity serving as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for setting up solar power plants.

GNPR Green Infra Private Limited has an authorized share capital of INR 100,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares of INR 10 each. Insolation Green Energy Private Limited will acquire 100% of these equity shares through a subscription amount of INR 100,000.

The new SPV will focus on the business of solar power plant development, including erection, installation, establishment, construction, operation, maintenance, and consultancy for renewable energy power plants. This also encompasses the design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of rooftop solar (RTS) photovoltaic power projects. The company, being newly incorporated, has no prior turnover history.
