Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys to close trading window for Q2 2025 results

Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) issued a notice on September 24, 2025, announcing the closure of its trading window. This closure is in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015. The trading window will be closed for directors, key managerial personnel, designated persons, and connected persons of the company.

The closure will take effect from October 1, 2025, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. The specific date for the board meeting to review and approve these financial results will be announced subsequently.
