HFCL receives "Crisil ESG 55" rating for fiscal year 2025

HFCL Limited has informed exchanges that Crisil ESG Ratings & Analytics Ltd (CERAL) has assigned an overall Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Rating of "Crisil ESG 55" to the company for FY25. HFCL received the report detailing this rating on September 24, 2025.

The company clarified that it did not engage CERAL for this ESG Rating. Instead, CERAL independently prepared the report based on publicly available data pertaining to HFCL. This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The announcement was signed by Manoj Baid, president and company secretary of HFCL, on September 24, 2025.
