Global Health to host analyst meetings next week

Global Health Limited announced on September 24, 2025, its plan to meet with analysts and institutional investors on September 29 and September 30, 2025. These meetings are being held in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company will host Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund and Mahindra Manulife Mutual Fund for group meetings. The first meeting, on September 29, 2025, will take place in Noida, and the second, on September 30, 2025, will be held in Gurugram. Both interactions are scheduled to be in-person.

Global Health explicitly stated that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is intended to be shared during these meetings. The company also noted that the scheduled meetings are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of the analysts, investors, or the company.
