ESAF Small Finance Bank appoints new statutory and secretarial auditors

ESAF Small Finance Bank Limited informed stock exchanges of key appointments approved by shareholders at its 9th Annual General Meeting. M/s Sundaram & Srinivasan, Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as one of the joint statutory auditors. Their term will span three consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2025-26 and concluding with FY 2027-28. Sundaram & Srinivasan, established in 1943, bring over 80 years of experience in audit, taxation, and financial advisory across diverse segments including banking.

Additionally, M/s. SEP and Associates have been appointed as the secretarial auditors of the bank. This appointment is for a period of five consecutive financial years, from the conclusion of the 9th Annual General Meeting until the 14th Annual General Meeting. SEP & Associates, a Kochi-based firm, specializes in corporate law advisory, secretarial audits, internal audits, and mergers and acquisitions, serving both public and private sector entities. The board of directors of the bank is authorized to fix the remuneration for both auditing firms.
