Elpro international increases stake in international conveyors

Elpro International Limited, along with its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), disclosed an acquisition of 2,144 equity shares in International Conveyors Limited through an open market transaction on September 22, 2025. This acquisition was made public under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before this transaction, Elpro International and its PACs collectively held 44,409,009 voting rights, representing 70.07% of International Conveyors' total share capital. Following the acquisition of the additional 2,144 equity shares, their total holding increased to 44,411,153 shares, maintaining a 70.07% stake due to the minimal percentage change.

The equity share capital of International Conveyors Limited stands at 63,379,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, both before and after the reported transaction. The disclosure ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for significant changes in shareholding.
