Cummins India board to review financial results, close trading window

Cummins India Limited announced a board of directors meeting on Thursday, November 6, 2025. The board will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, as per Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In accordance with the company's Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct, the trading window for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives will close from October 1, 2025. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results are communicated to the Stock Exchange(s), specifically November 8, 2025. This measure aligns with SEBI's (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
