Cipla board to meet october 30 to approve Q2, half-year financials

Cipla Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, October 30, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to review and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in Cipla's securities will be closed from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, until Saturday, November 1, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This closure is specifically for the purpose of the upcoming financial results announcement.
