Birla Corporation subsidiary named preferred bidder for Telangana limestone block

Birla Corporation Limited announced on September 24, 2025, that its wholly-owned material subsidiary, RCCPL Private Limited, has been declared the 'Preferred Bidder' for the Kanpa-Junapani Limestone Block. This declaration was made by the Government of Telangana, Department of Mines & Geology.

RCCPL Private Limited secured this status by submitting the highest final price offer of 87.05% for the grant of a Composite License. The Kanpa-Junapani Limestone Block is located in District Adilabad, Telangana, and covers an area of 3.38 sq km.
