Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels acquires majority stake in Zillion Hotels

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited announced on September 24, 2025, the acquisition of a 90% stake in Zillion Hotels and Resorts Private Limited, with an option to acquire the remaining 10% based on future events. This acquisition will result in Zillion Hotels and Resorts becoming a subsidiary. The total cost of acquisition is projected to be up to INR 2.065bn.

Zillion Hotels and Resorts currently owns and operates The Z Luxury Residences, which includes 62 service residences and food & beverage facilities located in Mumbai, India. The acquisition primarily focuses on these assets and operations.

The transaction, which will involve cash consideration, is expected to be completed over an indicative period of 18-20 months. The acquisition is not considered a related party transaction.
