Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies changes auditor for alignment

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility Limited (ARE&M) announced on September 24, 2025, that M/s Brahmayya & Co, chartered accountants, have resigned as the statutory auditors of its wholly-owned material subsidiary, Amara Raja Advanced Cell Technologies Private Limited (ARACT). The resignation is effective immediately and aims to align ARACT's statutory auditors with those of the holding company for operational convenience and synergy.

M/s Brahmayya & Co was appointed on August 29, 2023, for a term scheduled to expire on March 31, 2028. They had completed their statutory audit until March 31, 2025, and submitted their report on May 26, 2025, along with the limited review report for Q1 ended June 30, 2025, submitted on August 13, 2025.

The resigning auditors confirmed that no concerns regarding ARACT's management were raised and that there are no other material reasons for their resignation beyond the stated alignment.
