Abbott India announces senior management resignation

Abbott India Limited informed the stock exchanges on September 24, 2025, about the resignation of Munish Prashar, plant director - Goa, a senior management personnel. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on October 31, 2025, as he intends to pursue an external career opportunity.

The company confirmed that Mr. Prashar will also cease to be a senior management personnel on the same effective date. This disclosure was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
