Aarti Pharmalabs promoter group reduces stake

Safechem Enterprises Private Limited, along with other promoters and the promoter group, has reported a net decrease in their shareholding in Aarti Pharmalabs Limited. As of December 26, 2024, the group held 40,123,868 shares, representing 44.27% of the total share or voting capital.

During the period from December 26, 2024, to September 19, 2025, the group engaged in both sales and acquisitions through open market and off-market transactions. Safechem Enterprises Private Limited sold 630,000 shares, while other promoters and the promoter group sold 1,385,211 shares and acquired 312,990 shares. This activity resulted in a net disposal of 1,702,221 shares, decreasing their overall holding by 1.88%.

Consequently, after these transactions, as of September 19, 2025, the total shareholding of Safechem Enterprises Private Limited and its promoter group stands at 38,421,647 shares, representing 42.39% of Aarti Pharmalabs Limited's total share or voting capital.
