Zaggle partners with Mastercard for co-branded prepaid cards

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has entered into an agreement with Mastercard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. for co-branded domestic prepaid cards. Under this agreement, Mastercard will incentivize Zaggle to launch and promote these cards on the Mastercard network.

The customer business agreement for Mastercard domestic prepaid card co-branded with "Zaggle" is effective from September 22, 2025, and will expire on September 30, 2030. This collaboration is considered an international entity transaction for Zaggle.

The company has confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in this agreement, and it does not fall under related party transactions. Avinash Ramesh Godkhindi, managing director and chief executive officer, signed the intimation on September 23, 2025.
