Yatra Online Limited announced that darpan batra has resigned from his roles as company secretary, compliance officer, and key managerial personnel, effective from the close of business hours on September 22, 2025. His resignation, submitted via letters dated August 14, 2025, and September 12, 2025, is due to personal reasons and a pursuit of other growth opportunities outside the company.
