Vishnu Prakash R Punglia promoters reduce stakes to boost company liquidity

Kamal Kishor Pungalia, a promoter of Vishnu Prakash R Punglia, sold 6,000,000 equity shares, representing 0.481% of the total share capital. Prior to this market sale on September 18, 2025, Kamal Kishor Pungalia held 62,50,000 shares, or 5.014% of the voting capital. Following the transaction, his holding stands at 56,50,000 shares, equivalent to 4.533%.

In a separate but related transaction on the same date, promoter Sanjay Kumar Punglia also sold 6,000,000 shares, which constitutes 0.481% of the total share capital. Before this sale, Sanjay Kumar Pungalia held 68,49,883 shares, or 5.495% of the voting capital. His post-sale holding is 62,49,883 shares, representing 5.014%.

Both promoters stated that the reason for their respective sales was to generate liquidity for the intended infusion of funds into the company. The total voting capital of Vishnu Prakash R Punglia Limited remains at 124,644,000 shares, each valued at ₹10.
