Union Bank meets with UBS, Batlivala & Karani Securities

Union Bank of India conducted two distinct investor and analyst engagements on September 23, 2025, in Mumbai. The bank’s representatives met with UBS Securities India Private Limited from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in a one-to-one physical session. Following this, a separate meeting was held with Batlivala & Karani Securities India Private Limited from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, also a one-to-one physical interaction.

These meetings were conducted to provide disclosures pertaining to Analysts/Investors Meet/Call - Outcome, as outlined in the bank’s letters ISD/221/2025-26 and ISD/220/2025-26, both dated September 18, 2025. During both interactions, the bank referred to publicly available documents for discussions.
