Tata Technologies announces trading window closure for Q3 2025 results

Tata Technologies has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in company securities, effective Wednesday, September 24, 2025. This measure, communicated to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's internal code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, and reporting of trading by insiders.

The closure is directly related to the finalization and approval of financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives, as well as other insiders, are advised not to engage in any transactions involving the company's equity shares. An intimation regarding this restriction has been sent to all relevant individuals.

The trading window is scheduled to reopen 48 hours after the official declaration and dissemination of the aforementioned quarterly financial results to the stock exchanges.
