Star Health concludes 20th annual general meeting in Chennai

Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Limited successfully concluded its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 23, 2025. The meeting, held via video conferencing, commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 5:21 PM, with the corporate office in Chennai serving as the deemed venue.

During the AGM, members adopted the audited standalone financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. Key resolutions included the re-appointment of Deepak Ramineedi as a director and approval of remuneration for non-executive independent directors Anisha Motwani, Rohit Bhasin, Rajeev Krishnamuralilal Agarwal, and Rajni Sekhri Sibal.

Additionally, the appointment of M/s. Chitra Lalitha & Associates as secretarial auditors was approved. Mirza Ismail Irshad Ahmed was appointed as scrutinizer for the e-voting process, with consolidated results to be announced on the company's website and shared with the stock exchanges within prescribed timelines.
