SG Finserve announces new auditors, reappoints independent director

At its 31st Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2025, SG Finserve Limited approved the appointment of M/s Parikh & Associates as secretarial auditors for five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 31st AGM until the 36th AGM in 2030. This appointment reflects a strategic move to ensure continued compliance and professional oversight.

Furthermore, M/s AKGVG and Associates ceased their term as statutory auditors. M/s S.P. Chopra & Company, chartered accountants, were appointed as the new statutory auditors for a three-year term, from the conclusion of the 31st AGM until the 34th AGM in 2028. This transition aligns with regulatory guidelines.

The company also announced the reappointment of Asha Anil Agarwal as an independent director for a second five-year term, effective September 1, 2025. This decision underscores her continued contribution to the board, leveraging her extensive experience in taxation, finance, and general management.
