Puravankara appoints new cfo following leadership change

Puravankara Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Deepak Rastogi as group cfo and key managerial personnel, effective at the close of business hours on September 23, 2025, who cited personal reasons for his departure.

Concurrently, the company elevated Mr. Niraj Kumar Gautam from deputy cfo to cfo and key managerial personnel, effective September 24, 2025. This appointment is subject to approval by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors. Mr. Gautam brings over 23 years of experience in corporate finance, having successfully led capital raising efforts exceeding INR 15,000 crore.
