Parsvnath Developers partners to advance Rajpura integrated township project

Parsvnath Developers Limited has announced a new development management agreement for its Rajpura project in Punjab, spanning 112.856 acres. Located near Shambu Border Railway Station, the integrated township is designed to include plots, group housing, commercial complexes, clubs, and schools. All necessary licenses for its construction and development have been secured.

The company has appointed Emperor Infratech Private Limited as the development manager for the Rajpura project. Emperor Infratech will be responsible for providing development services encompassing the project’s development, completion, implementation, sales, marketing, and maintenance. The partnership aims to efficiently complete the entire project, deliver possession to existing customers, and sell unsold inventory.

Parsvnath Group, which has a presence in over 37 major cities across 13 states and 68 delivered projects, continues its focus on project execution. chairman Pradeep Jain reiterated the company's commitment to achieving "MISSION POSSESSION" for its ongoing projects.
