Omaxe independent director resigns, citing personal reasons

Omaxe Limited informed the BSE and NSE about the resignation of Gurnam Singh as an independent director, effective immediately. Mr. Singh cited "personal reasons" for his decision, stating he would be unable to devote time to the assignment. He confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter.

As a consequence of his departure, Mr. Singh will also cease to be a member of the audit committee and chairman of the risk management committee. Omaxe confirmed that Mr. Singh does not hold any directorship in other listed entities.
