Nikhil Adhesives announces auditor appointments, director re-appointment at AGM

Nikhil Adhesives Limited held its 39th Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2025, formalizing several key appointments. M/s PHD & Associates were appointed as statutory auditors for a five-year term, covering the financial years 2025-26 to 2029-30. Additionally, M/s. Somani & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, Mumbai, were appointed as secretarial auditors for the same five-year period.

The company also announced the re-appointment of Pravin Kanubhai Laheri as an independent director for a second five-year term, effective from April 1, 2026. These appointments were recommended by the board on August 8, 2025, and subsequently approved by the members at the AGM.

Laheri is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer with over 35 years of experience in governance and industrial development. PHD & Associates, established in March 2010 through a merger of three CA firms, expanded further with mergers in October 2021 and April 2024, enhancing its service offerings across assurance, direct and indirect taxes, and risk advisory.
