NCLT approves 360 ONE WAM subsidiary amalgamation scheme

360 ONE WAM Limited announced the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in Mumbai has approved the scheme of amalgamation for MAVM Angels Network Private Limited (MAVM) with and into 360 ONE Distribution Services Limited (DSL). Both entities are wholly owned subsidiaries of 360 ONE WAM Limited. The order was received by MAVM and DSL on September 23, 2025, and the scheme will become effective upon filing with the Registrar of Companies.

Under the approved scheme, MAVM will amalgamate with and into DSL. This involves a share exchange where for every one equity share of MAVM with a face value of Rs. 10, an equity share of DSL with a face value of Rs. 100 will be issued by DSL to 360 ONE WAM Limited, in its capacity as an equity shareholder of MAVM. The intimation was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
