Lemon Tree Hotels: Now Expanding Further, Into UP and MP

Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a franchise agreement for Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Varanasi, and a license agreement for Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Rewa, according to a recent press release. The Varanasi property will feature 153 rooms, a restaurant, banquets, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a spa.

The Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Rewa, will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary, and will offer 50 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, and a swimming pool. These additions align with Lemon Tree Hotels' vision of growing its presence across diverse segments and expanding in the Hindi heartland.

Vilas Pawar, chief executive, managed & franchise business, expressed delight at the expansion, noting its alignment with the company's objective of becoming the most preferred hospitality chain. Lemon Tree Hotels currently operates over 120 hotels in more than 75 cities in India and abroad, with a pipeline of over 110 upcoming properties.
