Kewal Kiran Clothing holds 34th annual general meeting

Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited (KKCL) held its 34th annual general meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, via video conference. The meeting saw the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, including the audited balance sheet and statement of profit and loss account. Reports from the directors and auditors for the same period were also approved.

During the AGM, shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vikas P. Jain as a director, who retired by rotation and offered himself for re-appointment. Additionally, Mr. Ummedmal P. Jain, proprietor of M/s U.P. Jain & Co., was appointed as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term, with his remuneration to be fixed.

The voting results, encompassing both remote e-voting and e-voting conducted at the AGM, along with a consolidated scrutinizer report, will be published on the company's website and disseminated to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
