Jubilant Pharmova names Arun Sharma interim CFO

Jubilant Pharmova Limited announced the appointment of Arun Kumar Sharma as chief financial officer (CFO) and key managerial personnel (KMP), effective October 1, 2025. This decision followed recommendations from the nomination, remuneration and compensation committee and the audit committee.

Mr. Sharma's appointment is for an interim period, intended to facilitate a smooth transition while the company identifies and appoints a new permanent CFO. His responsibilities will include holding the CFO office until a new CFO is appointed.

Mr. Sharma brings over three decades of financial leadership experience, including previous CFO roles within the Jubilant Bhartia Group at Jubilant Pharma Holdings Inc. USA (approximately four years), Jubilant Lifesciences Limited (chemical business) (approximately three years), and Jubilant Pharmova Limited (approximately two years, from April 2021 to May 2023). His expertise spans corporate finance, global treasury, investor relations, and business transformation.
