JTL Industries reappoints directors, adds new independent member

JTL Industries Limited announced that its shareholders, during the 34th annual general meeting on September 23, 2025, approved the re-appointment of Dhruv Singla and Pranav Singla as whole-time directors for a five-year term. Both reappointments were recommended by the nomination and remuneration committee and the board of directors, and are effective from the expiration of their current tenures on August 17, 2026.

Additionally, Jagdeep Kumar Goel has been appointed as a non-executive non-independent director to the board. This appointment was also approved by shareholders on September 23, 2025, following recommendations from the board and committee. Goel, a former IRS officer, brings over 30 years of experience in taxation, finance, and legal affairs.

The company confirmed that none of the appointed directors are debarred from holding office by any SEBI order or other authority. Dhruv Singla is the son and Pranav Singla is the nephew of Madan Mohan, the managing director. Jagdeep Kumar Goel has no relation to any other director/KMP of JTL Industries.
