IRM Energy announces COO Prashant Sagar's departure

IRM Energy Limited has announced the resignation of Prashant Sagar, executive vice president – projects and chief operating officer (COO), effective September 22, 2025. Sagar, designated as senior management personnel (SMP), tendered his resignation on April 30, 2025, citing a desire to pursue new opportunities after serving the company since July 11, 2016.

Sagar played a foundational role at IRM Energy, having been its first employee and progressing from assistant vice president to COO. He expressed gratitude for the trust and support from the board of directors and camaraderie within the team.

The company stated that Sagar had served his full notice period, as per company policy, until July 31, 2025, but was relieved earlier. IRM Energy confirmed that details regarding the resignation were enclosed in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
