Info Edge to meet with institutional investors Arisaig Partners, Millennium Management

Info Edge (India) Limited announced a series of analyst and institutional investor meetings for late September 2025. The company will engage in a one-on-one virtual meeting with Arisaig Partners on September 25, 2025. This meeting will be attended by chintan thakkar and vineet ranjan.

Following this, another one-on-one meeting is scheduled with Millennium Management on September 26, 2025, to be held in Gurgaon, with vineet ranjan as the attendee.

The company emphasized that these meetings are conducted in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The delay in announcing these meetings was attributed to a last-minute request from the institutional investor for the Millennium Management meeting.
