IndiaMART to meet with HDFC, Arisaig investors in September

IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd. has scheduled two analyst and institutional investor meetings for September 23, 2025. These engagements are in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The first meeting, a one-to-one interaction, will be held physically in Noida at 12:00 P.M. with HDFC Asset Management. The second meeting, also a one-to-one session, will take place at 05:30 P.M. via video conference with Arisaig Partners. During both these scheduled meetings, no unpublished price-sensitive information will be shared.
