IKIO Technologies closes trading window for Q2 and H1 results

IKIO Technologies Limited has informed both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the closure of its trading window for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2025. This closure, effective from September 24, 2025, will remain in place for 48 hours following the declaration of the financial results.

The decision aligns with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct. It restricts designated persons, including promoters, directors, KMPs, and insiders, along with their immediate relatives, from dealing in the company's securities during this period.
