ICICI Lombard details investor meetings at J.P. Morgan conference

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited disclosed the details of investor and analyst meetings held on September 22, 2025, during the 10th Annual J.P. Morgan India Conference in Mumbai. The company met with a total of twelve institutional investors and analysts in "one on one" and "group" sessions.

The "one on one" meetings included Millennium Partners, Sanlam Limited, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Asset Management, and William Blair Investment Management, LLC. The "group" sessions involved Lion Global Investors Limited, Man Group PLC, Jarislowsky Fraser Co Ltd, Nikko Asset Management Asia Limited, Balyasny Asset Management LP, J.P. Morgan, and Putnam Investments. These meetings took place in person, commencing at 9:00 AM IST and concluding at 4:50 PM IST.

ICICI Lombard reiterated that no presentation was made during these meetings, and no unpublished price sensitive information was shared. The disclosure is in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and Regulation 46(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
